Fort Mill's Domestic Diva LLC  (FMDD)

Fort Mill’s Domestic Diva LLC (FMDD) will provide domestic multi-services with a wide range of choices that can be chosen a-la-carte.  Details of services we provide include but are not limited to the following:

Bathrooms

• Sink cleaned, disinfected and rinsed
• Tub and/or shower tiles cleaned, disinfected and rinsed
• Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
• Toilets disinfected inside and out, including base and behind
• Vanity top cleaned
• Mirrors cleaned windex
• Blinds dusted and windowsills wiped down
• All woodwork, doorframes and switch plates wiped clean
• Fresh towels put out
• Trash emptied and clean liners put in cans
  
• Vacuum and / or wash floor
  

 Kitchen

• Countertops and backsplash cleaned
• Cabinet fronts wiped or dusted
• Sinks scrubbed and disinfected
• Exterior of appliances wiped / inside of microwave
  

• Small appliances wiped
• Blinds dusted and windowsills wiped
• All woodwork, doorframes and switch plates wiped
  
• Table and chairs wiped
  
• Trash emptied
• Floor vacuumed and mopped
  

Bedrooms

• Beds made

• Linens changed (if requested)
• Blinds dusted and window seals wiped
  
• All areas dusted / wiped
  
• Mirrors cleaned with windex
  
• All woodwork, doorframes and switch plates wiped
  
• Lampshades wiped down or dusted
• Light, general straightening completed
• Ceiling fans dusted once a month
• Trash emptied
• Floors vacuumed and / or mopped
  

Other Living Areas – Including Hallways and Stairs

• All areas dusted and / or wiped
  
• Upholstered furniture vacuumed or brushed
  
• Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened
• Blinds dusted and windowsills wiped
  
• All woodwork, doorframes and switch plates wiped clean
• Any tables wiped
• Picture frames dusted
• Lampshades wiped or dusted
• Light, general straightening completed
• Ceiling fans dusted once a month
• Hardwood or tile floors vacuumed and damp-mopped
• Carpeted floors vacuumed

• One-time cleaning
• Weekly

If a customer has a request that is not on the above lists FMDD will attempt to meet all our customers needs.  At FMDD we want to make sure our customers are satisfied and we provide the best service possible. 

Additional Services

FMDD can provide a special one time cleaning if customers are moving from their homes, moving into a new home, spring-cleaning, having a party or any event and need their home cleaned thoroughly.  All one time cleanings will be done on an estimate basis and if additional time is needed we will seek approval for additional costs.

Now more then ever families and individuals are spending more time working longer hours.  FMDD wants to help people get back to spending more time enjoying their lives.  At FMDD we strive to give our customers peace of mind knowing their domestic needs are being handled by a local professional.

Are you moving out of a rental property and want a refund on your security deposit.  Have a professional come in and clean after you have moved out.  We don't guarantee a full refund but your chances are greater having a professional do the cleaning.  ($50 per hour for two divas)

Can't get to the grocery store, let FMDD pick up your groceries and have them at your home waiting for you when you get off work.  Simply set up arrangements and email us your list!  Fees are based on location and length of grocery list and will range from an estimated $15 to $50 and cost of the groceries.

Have items in your home you been meaning to drop off at the local donation drop, let FMDD know and during your scheduled cleaning we can remove those items and drop them off at a place of your choosing.  We will even bring the donation slip back on our next scheduled clean.  This service can be provided by itself and will start at $15 and depend on how much is being donated.
